Alto Shipping

I had sent a barrel of goods to my cousins in the Azorces back in September 16, 2017. Today is December 29, 2017 and my cousins still have not received the barrel. I have called multiple times over the course of the past 3 and a half months and keep receiving different information from Alto shipping. They have no idea where the barrel is and now when I call the number it is forwarded to an unspecified voicemail. *** saying they would deliver the barrel and it has not reached the intended recipients. There was well over 500 in products for my family *** I have lost all that money including the $110.00 Alto shipping charged me to ship the barrel. Feeling conned and heartbroken.
