On April 18, [redacted] gave us an order to inscribe the final date for [redacted] S [redacted] on his slant marker (which was prepaid) and an order to install a 3.75" x 5" horizontal picture under Dennis [redacted] 's name panel (which she admitted to in her complaint)The final date and picture installation were completed on May 5, Mrs [redacted] called the same day to change the picture location to the middle of the stone, to in between the two men's names (not knowing that the picture installation was already completed that same day)When she came in the store on May 6, 2016, she wrote an order to move the picture to the center of the stone (knowing the picture was already on the stone, on the left side) and to install a military medallion on ***'s side of the stone below his name panel (on the far right side)Mrs [redacted] complained of the photo having a white background and so we remade it with the original photo's background remaining (which had a white wall that was behind the people in the photo)Mrs [redacted] complains about the photos not having a blue background but there never was discussion of a blue background but that she wanted the photos to use the original background (which is mainly white)On May 13, Mrs [redacted] ordered the two gray granite vases to be installedOn Aug8, Mrs [redacted] ordered another picture of three people to be installed below [redacted] 's name panel to the left of his military medallionWe waited nearly three and a half months for the military medallion to arrive from the government The original picture was remade with the original background and was reinstalled in the center area (where Mrs [redacted] wanted it moved to (even though she knew it was installed on the left side of the stone, originally, and that there was a hole drilled for the picture) along with the medallion and the second picture on Sept26, The vases were installed on September 30, Unfortunately, there is a hole on the left side of the slant marker where Mrs [redacted] originally told us to put the picture If she wants us to put it there to cover the hole, we will be happy to do that There were three contracts written for various jobs to be completedThe photos were made using the original backgrounds from the two original photos provided to our company by Mrs [redacted] There was never any mention of having a blue background in the pictures The medallion took a long time to get from the government Our only delay that was our fault was the installation of the two vases which was completed the end of September

Please find my reply and final offer to Mrs*** regarding the two pictures installed (with the white backgrounds as the original photos have), final death date for *** ***, the veteran's medallion installed and the two gray vases installed.Thank you for your help in this matter*** ** ***

Everything Mr*** says in his statement is true except for the last two linesWe used the stone that was on display (that he
made his selection from) because the stone we ordered from our manufacturer had not arrived yet and we knew how important it was to have the monument erected in the cemetery by July
The slant marker that is in the cemetery is the EXACT slant marker Mr*** saw in our displayIt is Coral BlueAs stated in his statement, if you go to our display you can plainly see the slant marker is gone (we lettered the display slant marker and took it to Mrand Mrs***'s graves)and only the "base" remains on display as we used the slant marker to produce the ***'s grave stone
Everything we were contracted to do was completed at the cemetery and in time for Mr***'s birthdate

I am rejecting this response because:
Although I can see from my recent E-mail from the Revdex.com to me, [redacted], that Mr. [redacted] submitted two Atttachments, these two Attachments would not open-up.  I could see a file name on behalf of Mr. [redacted], but the Attachments themselves, would not open-up.  I have no clue what Mr. [redacted] offered me reference any settlement.  Consequently, I would prefer an offer in writing.

I am rejecting this response because:  i HAVE THE DATE THAT THE MEDALLION WAS DELIVERED TO ALTON MEMORIAL SALES.  THEIR DATE DOES NOT COINCIDE WITH MINE. AT THE MOMENT, I CANNOT ATTACH PROOF BECAUSE IT IS OCTOBER 26, 2016, WHEN VIEWING THE Revdex.com'S RESPONSE AND I WOULD HAVE TO GO TO MY SAFE DEPOSIT BOX TO GET THE NOTIFICATION FROM THE VA CONCERNING DELIVERY DATE.  BY ALTON MEMORIAL SALES OWN VERBAL CONVERSATION WITH ME, WHEN THE MEDALLION ARRIVED, IT WAS TAKEN TO THEIR OTHER PLACE OF BUSINESS.  IF ALTON MEMORIAL SALES STATE THEY HAD TO WAIT SO VERY LONG FOR THE MEDALLION TO ARRIVE AT THEIR PLACE OF BUSINESS, WHY, THEN, TAKE IT TO ANOTHER PLACE OF BUSINESS?  WHY NOT INSTALL IT AND GET IT OVER WITH?  THIS IS A BUNCH OF HOCUS POCUS.    NO, I  DISAGREE WITH ALTON MEMORIAL SALES ASSESSMENT OF MY BUSINESS DEALINGS WITH THEM.  BY THE TIME I GOT WHAT WAS ORDERED AND BY THE TIME EVERYTHING WAS PUT-UP AND INSTALLED CORRECTLY, IT WAS THE MIDDLE OF SEPTEMBER, 2016.  ALSO, AS PREVIOUSLY STATED, ALTON MEMORIAL SALES PUT ONE OF THE PHOTOS IN THE WRONG PLACE LEAVING A GAPING HOLE IN THE BOTTOM LEFT-HAND SIDE OF THE TOMBSTONE (SLANT).  I DO NOT HAVE A POWER OF ATTORNEY OR PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE TO LOOK INTO ANYTHING AFTER I DIE.  THIS GAPING HOLE NEEDS TO BE FILLED IN NOW AT THE EXPENSE OF ALTON MEMORIAL SALES.  TO LEAVE A BARE HOLE ON THE TOMBSTONE (SLANT) IS DEFACEMENT AND/OR DAMAGE.  IT NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED NOW IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER SO THAT THE PROPER RESPECT IS SHOWN AND DISPLAYED TO MY SONS' GRAVESITE AND TO THEIR SONS' MOTHER, [redacted] M. [redacted].
