Altoona Mirror

Review: I have a paid subscription with the Altoona Mirror. As a customer I am promised delivery of the product that I have paid for by 7am on a daily basis. There have been ongoing issues with receiving what I have been charged for. I have emailed, called and contacted the company via Facebook and can't even receive a reply. I have paid for a service and a product and I expect to receive it. The company will not address the issues.Desired Settlement: I would like to be credited for the non received services and products that I have paid for. I also would like to have the service corrected to ensure that I receive what it is I have paid for. I believe that the company owes myself and many others in the area that are experiencing the same issues an apology and credit for services not received.
