Attached you will find Invoices showing two separate water deliveries along with a credit card receipt as evidence for Ms***s second delivery. As we have previously stated, due to the unacceptable condition of the returned bottles, new deposit fees had to be assessed on the bottles delivered on March 27, 2015. Those bottles delivered have never been returnedIf Ms*** returns the bottles in good reusable condition, the deposit fees which she never paid will be removed from her account. Any finance charges would still remain outstanding

come back in to the shop covered in mud or heavy debris/dust, in this case covered in dog hair, we would use the shop hose to prewash the bottles.  At that point, they would be run through our state approved bottle sterilizer.  The bottles had such a strong odor when they were picked up by our delivery guy that the entire van smelled immensely of dog by the time they reached the shop.  Our delivery guy brought the bottles in and questioned what to do with them because the bottles were in such undesirable condition.  The lids of the bottles (caps) were removed and pet hair was all through the inside and stuck to the outside of the bottles.  The shape in which the bottles were returned was unacceptable for normal wear and tear and could not in good conscience be put back into circulation.  As a result, the bottles had to be discarded and deposit fees were assessed for the 10 new bottles delivered that day.  In our day to day routine, caps are to be removed by our employees to prevent any contamination and replaced with new ones through the plant process.  Thank you for allowing me to respond to this issue.Sincerely,Timothy [redacted]

Review: I ordered 10 bottles of water and paid $6 a bottle deposit and $6 a bottle for the water. When the water was used, I ordered 10 more bottles. The $6 a bottle deposit is to be paid once and then you can get them refilled and only pay $6 a bottle for the water. The owner contacted me after they picked up the empty bottles and he told me that the labels that are painted on were missing spots. He purported that the plastic caps on the tops of each bottle had been removed and then replaced and I may have put creek water in them which would contaminate them. I did no such thing. He purported that he saw what he thought was pet hair in the bottles and that he squirted a hose in the bottles but couldn't get the hair out. The painted labels are worn out on his bottles and had sections missing when they were delivered. The plastic caps are made to come off and are to be replaced with new ones each delivery of water. The fact that he stated that he used a hose to clean the bottles scares me if that is his sterilization method. He said I owed the $60 deposit again but I had already paid it. He continues to bill me for$60 and has added late fees and I have tried to resolve this via email but he ignores me. I have been receiving bottled water from [redacted] Water and have had no problems with them. I will not pay this $6 ($60) a bottle twice because he is attempting to extort this money from me. I need some assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I do not owe the amount that this business is billing me for because I already paid it once and will not pay it twice. I do not want to receive any further correspondence or be contacted by this business again. Thank you.
