When I saw Altra's website I did not know if they were real or just another internet scam site THEY ARE REAL AND SERVICE IS THIER MIDDLE NAME! I bought a refurbished oxygen concentrator from them It arrived promptly, in perfect working condition If I rent a machine it costs $per month, my 30% share of that amounts to $per month for as long as I live Owning my machine, it will pay for itself in months I am very satisified with Altra and I would reccomend them to my friends They are HONEST, PROFFESIONAL, and COURTEOUS
Initially I was reluctant to ship my CPAP one-quarter of the way around the world to have it repaired, but I'm quite pleaseed to say the professionalism, prompt service, and very reasonable repair cost has made me a believer. The two page list of items checked off that were inspected as part of the service very positively caught my attention and willingness to highly recommend Altra.
Take it from an Alaskan, you can trust them ;-)
I also recommended my mother and dad send their machines to Altra for repair and some TLC, and their experience reported to me is just as positive as what I have experienced.
