Regarding the complaint from Ms [redacted] we reviewed her account once again and affirmed that she has $accrued for taking acceptable selfies To clarify what an acceptable selfie is, for the "A National Waffle Day selfie" task, Ms [redacted] correctly took a self-picture with waffles in the picture For the task, "A spring cleaning selfie," Ms [redacted] took a selfie as she cleaned her closet These are examples of how Ms [redacted] correctly followed the task requirementsHowever, her account shows many rejected selfies that do not meet task requirements, so therefore they are not worth any money For example, the task "A selfie with your favorite everyday wine" must have a bottle of wine in it, with the label clear and legibleHer selfie did not have wineWe are happy to see that Ms [redacted] is nearly halfway to reaching $ If she continues taking selfies according to the task direction, she can request a cashout upon reaching $Once her cashout is approved, she will receive a check, as hundreds of our other community members have done.Previously Ms [redacted] said her account balance should be $75, and in her latest response she asserts her account should be $Because she still does not see $as her account balance, we will contact her to help troubleshoot any out-of-sync data she might see in the app In rare occasions, a syncing issue will occur, and we easily troubleshoot these cases with our users We look forward to resolving this case with Ms [redacted] !
