I am rejecting this response because:
Altrua is just talking in circles. I have an email stating that these issues were sent to the resolutions department on November 27, 2017. When I heard nothing I resent information again and was told that they were sent AGAIN to the resolutions department on December 11, 2017. To date I have heard nothing....is there even a resolutions department at Altrua? Who knows. If the process with the resolutions department takes 30 to 90 days, as stated in their response, obviously nothing is resolved from the resolutions department because as of today, March 25, 2017 I have heard NOTHING. I did however receive a bill for my April contribution with a request to set up automatic deduction....not happening. So no, I am not accepting this response. If needed I can supply copies of noted emails.

OMG…I have had the same experience. The problem is, because they’re not an “insurance” company they don’t have to answer to anybody. They have found the perfect “loophole” to not have an oversight by any government agency. I’m going to file a lawsuit. Is anyone willing to join and make this scam “Christian faith based” company pay for their “sinful” in a class action lawsuit. They have scammed enough people. Let’s make them pay.
