DO NOT use this guy to do a home inspection!! How he ever got a license is beyond my understandingI had to hire another company to give me another report due to all the errors he did!!!
Attention! Liars! Stay away! Absolutely not professionally! Do not believe the information on their website. It is said that if you buy a full home inspection, you will get termite inspection for free. I paid and I have a receipt for the full inspection, but never get a termite inspection report. The owner of the company (He is also the only employee, and he is inspector) does not respond to my calls. I called from another phone, and he was rude to me and said that he does not care and he will not do the termite inspection.
I actally really liked this inspection company! He has reasonable pricing, responds in a timely manner. Great professional reports and does very good inspections. I have used him twice and will recommend him to anyone.
