Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did receive a refund, as they stated, however, on the 28th, I was simply told the order was canceled No explanation whatsover was given Ive had to send additional emails to them, and didnt hear anything back until last night, which stated they canceled the order due to fraudulent activity on the account, but no explanation whatsoever, yet again I do not have an account with themI always check out as a guest, so Im not sure what they are referring to, but sure deserve an explanation I do have copies of all the emails back and forth, with dates on them I also have run into small issues every time I order through them, having to send 5-emails to get a response, but have never had an issue like this Theyve never refused an order for any reason before....I deserve to know why, and what type of supposed fraud was commited on an account I do not have Regards, [redacted]

Mr*** *** place an order on Friday July 24thwith a credit cardOn Tuesday July 28th the order was cancelled due to fraudulent activity on past orders Mr*** was emailed on the 28th explaining why the order was cancelled Mr*** also

I have been trying to reach the company regarding this, my emails are still being unreturned, and my phone calls are being refused.  I was told via email that I could order via money order when this originally started.  I have asked at least a dozen times for the details and information regarding the fraud.  All has been refused.Revdex.com:

This customers order was placed sent in the mail to us on 12/3.  We received it in our office on 12/7.  Order was shipped 12/8 and was delivered 12/15 by USPS – tracking number [redacted].  We explained to the customer that all our packages route to the DHL hub in IL...

and are injected into the postal system at that local hub.  Her package was shipped and received in 5 business days which is our standard delivery.  We have refunded the customer for shipping costs of $7.95 due to this complaint. [redacted]Customer Contact Center Manager715-341-4554 ext. 399

The customer was refunded on 3/24 for a total of $156.48.  This is the total of the cabinet $119 and the shipping of $36.46. We refunded this the same day we received her shipment back.  Thank you  [redacted]Customer Contact Center Manager715-341-4554 ext. 399
