I have been waiting since 06-21-for an Estimate from Beckett's! L.Hcame to my home on that date, (after MrBeckett missed other appointments) LHtook measurements and photos, then he told me I would have my estimate within a weekI have called numerous times and emailed begging for my estimate! The only time I can get MrBeckett to answer is when I use someone else's phone to call him(He must have my number marked, lol) MrBeckett has given me every excuse possible and made numerous promises about bringing my estimate to me Obviously, he does not want my business, however he does not have the decency and respect to say so At this point I would not want a company that is managed like this working for me!!!
Typical sales driven encounter where promises were made over and over after payment was remitted and absolutely no follow through on their end despite numerous proactive attempts to remedy the situationPhony representation as if caring and concerned when in fact it's a persona created to prey on innocent customersI have zero respect for their customer service and furthermore their overall knowledge in landscaping is a on a scale rating comparitively to many other companies around the Ohio valley and look like amateurs compared to companies in PittsburghWish they would spend less time on their sales pitch and bottom dollar and maybe attend training on how to not be transparent to those that can read people's body language as well as maybe consider spending a few months job shadowing companies that cost far less and know an exorbitant amount moreIs this used care sales or a landscaping company???
They do not return phone callsYou can only leave messagesThey looked at my landscape job and said they would get back with a layout and quoteThat was over six weeks ago and still nothing, won't even call you backI guess they don't need my business
