Review: Aluminum & Screen Construction, LLC installed a sunroom on my house and his contract states "Will not leak" in big letters. After only a two months of completion I developed a leak. After many calls to [redacted] (owner) and promises to fix my roof, he continues to not show up.Desired Settlement: Fix my leaky Sunroom.

Review: My wife and I entered into a contract with this company to renovate our master bathroom and to add a screened patio and slab extension to our home. We have been met with repeated failures to show up for work without contacting us with an explanation. The employee who bid our job and was organizing the work on our project was discharged for theft of deposits and prescription drugs from other customers. We tried to be understanding and patient regarding the matter. [redacted], the company owner seemed to be attempting to handle the matter and promised he would finish the job in a timely manner and at first he was following through on handling things. At this point in time, we had paid the company a total of 7700 dollars in the form of two checks on 7/28/2013 ($4700) and 8/29/2013 ($3000) respectively. On September 18, we gave Mr. [redacted] an additional check in the amount of 1000 dollars in order to pay for a glass shower wall, a granite countertop and the services of a plumber to install fixtures in the bathroom. We were told our job would be completed within one week. The last time I spoke with Mr. [redacted] was on Saturday 9/28/2013 and was told again that my job would be finished within the following week, as he was still waiting for the materials to be ready for pickup. I was told the crew would be working at our home on Tuesday 10/1/13 and Thursday 10/3/13. They did not show up either day. I have made numerous attempts to contact Mr [redacted] by phone and text to no avail. My inquiries have been completely ignored. My wife called Mr. [redacted] on 10/2 from a phone number unknown to him and he answered the call, sounding like he was caught off guard and he promised again that his crew would be at our home on Thursday 10/3/2013. This was another empty promise. Mr. [redacted] is also in possession of a Kohler T13L1 sink that he was borrowing to have the granite cut for the countertop, which was purchased by my wife and I. I have a complete log of work progress and no shows by date to corroborate my complaintDesired Settlement: We would like the job completely finished within one week or we are seeking the delivery of the granite counter, glass shower wall, our bathroom sink and the last payment of $1000 to be returned so we can employ another contractor to finish the job. Uncompleted items include: facia panel on side of house, Screen installation, Caulking of patio, install of light fixtures & mirrors, granite counter, glass shower wall, completion of drywall, painting of bathroom, install of bathroom fixtures & trim
