Review: I ordered railings for my front steps, paid the down payment back in April, check was cashed. I was told 6-8 weeks now 5 months later and I am unable to get a hold of anyone. All numbers are disconnectedDesired Settlement: I would like my deposit of $525 back so that I can order elsewhere

Review: I signed a contract to have a railing installed with [redacted] on June 28, 2013, putting down 1/2 total of bill($1,050). I was told it would be 8 weeks for the installation. It is now September 25th, and I still haven't heard about the status of my job. I have tried calling not only the office, but [redacted]'s cell phone to find out what's going on for over a week, left numerous messages, but no one has called me back. I am beginning to worry that I was ripped off.Desired Settlement: Since it is now fall, I don not want the cement work and railing done now. I would rather just cancel the order if this is the way they treat customers.
