Since I was suppose to received a High School Directory in March and have not yet received it I called the Alumni Directory Office and had to leave a message They did not call me back so I contacted the Revdex.com and saw the "F" ratingThe next day I called Alumni Directory again and once again had to leave a message I also e-mailed them with my complaint about not receiving the directory Good news, they called me back and told me the directory was delayed because of a greater response than expected which lead to a delay in printing They then offered to allow me to view the directory on-line at no cost while I wait for my printed directory to be mailed to me I appreciated them trying to work with me
I paid $74.09 for an Erasmus Hall High School directory In November, 2014 and was told Directory would be delivered in Dec. 2014 . Called Alumni Directory In April,2015 when no directory had been received. Spoke to a person from Alumni Research and told there was a delay and Directory would be delivered soon. Now it is June 17, 2015. No Directory received! I would like my $74.09 returned. T
