We received your notice in regards to [redacted] ? who purchased a Kia Forte on August 15th, We did schedule appointments for this customer after the sale and the vehicle was serviced 9/25/during which the battery was changed upon her requestAfter this appointment she picked up the vehicle and left .Since receiving this notice we have been trying to reach herWe have not been able to get hold of her and she has not returned our callsWe would be happy to resolve this matter further upon request? Thank you for assisting us with this matter
Hello [redacted] , My company has been notified about this complaint in your office and we have also satisfied this customer complaint as off 9/7/The customer originally stated his interest in a vehicle but wasn’t able to leave a deposit to place a hold [redacted] showed up to his appointment on time (8/28) and due to his insufficient income we advise our used travehicles that he could purchase cash with the money he had available which was $and [redacted] insisted he was interested in a SUV which lead us to show him the [redacted] [redacted] spent hours in our store; [redacted] was able to receive a full car fax and test drove the vehicle and he stated that he was satisfied [redacted] never stated any concerns about this vehicle until 8/29, which was about the batteryOur company told [redacted] the day and time (8/at 12:30pm) to bring the car in and we would replace it with a NEW battery which he never showed or answer to come pick it up 9/4/we received a call from the attorney generals in regards to his complaintWe spoke to Jim from the attorney general office and he said that [redacted] had inquired about the title and battery (which he told the attorney generals that he decided to purchase a USED one instead); we gave him our policy about delivering the title which he would receive within days [redacted] has left nasty comments on our company website and company social media pages (9/1/& 9/6/2017)He has called twice since that conversation and has also stopped in our office (9/7/2017) as about his title and restating his complaintWe express our apologies about his dissatisfaction and that our main goal is to always satisfy our customersAs of 9/7/we have expedited his title with our title service just for him to be satisfied and receive today!
