I accidentally placed the same order with them twice. It was for Christmas. Both orders had 2 items in them. I emailed them and returned, at my expense, one full unopened order with 2 items. When they received they said there was only one item not 2. I mailed an unopened package so if 2 items were not in there than either they are lying or they never sent me 2 items. Anyway, my loss, they gave me a credit for one item and I went to use the credit and guess what it does not work. I emailed them at least 3 times on this no reply back. Customer satisfaction is not a priority to them. Don’t waste your money or your time.

I got a gold ring and it broke after wearing it one time. They sent me a new one, but that just shows how poor quality their jewelry is. I also bought the gold lightning bolt necklace and have worn it a couple of times and it is completely rusted, but was originally gold. I take very good care of my jewelry and this usually does not happen. Do not buy their stuff. It is poorly made and way overpriced.
