I had heard great things about [redacted] and AZ Custom Pools from our Pool Service person. Following his advice, in early December, we had Mr [redacted] look at what appeared to be a water feature leak. He told us we needed tile work but that he couldn't get to it until February, when he returned from his annual months trip to Scotland. He provided an estimate, which I agreed to and asked our Pool guy to coordinate the emptying of the pool with the work, targeting late Feb. When I followed up today (Feb 10), our Pool guy got back to me to say that [redacted] couldn't do it, that he thought the job wasn't big enough, that he had too many other things to do. He never even called me. I am not impressed. He may be good technically but I give him an F for customer service and integrity.
