Alva Oriental Rugs

Review: We arranged for Alva Upholstery (listed as Alva Rugs on the Revdex.com site, but the same address) to make a piece of custom furniture for us. We gave them a $3,200 deposit. They indicated that the piece was complete and they would contact us for delivery and installation. However, they have since failed to get back in touch with us (although repeatedly promising to do so), or to respond to numerous messages we have left for them. At this point, we believe they have no intention to deliver the furniture (and doubt whether they ever did the work). We also believe that they have unlawfully taken our money without delivering the product they promised. We also intend to contact local law enforcement authorities.Desired Settlement: We do not trust Alva Upholstery given their repeated failures to deliver the furniture or return our deposit.
