We are disappointed that Ms [redacted] isl dissatisfied with the outcome of her complaintWe feel that we have addressed all aspects of her concernsWe would be happy to provide Ms [redacted] with any documentation she would require, and will continue to respond to any credit bureau disputes she chooses to file

Ms [redacted] has had two accounts with our company The first account was only open for days as Ms [redacted] negotiated a lower purchase price with the Kirby distributor she bought the product from This account has been deleted from her credit bureau report The second account was opened on 08/22/under Belmont Credit, LLC As of the beginning of January, Belmont Credit, LLC merged with Belmont Finance, LLC Ms [redacted] only has one open account with us, and only the account under Belmont Finance, LLC, will report to the credit bureaus This does not remove prior reporting.Ms [redacted] has contacted us multiple times by phone, and submitted credit bureau disputes regarding a negative notation that occurred in December, This late payment was not caused by the processing time of her payment, or a mistake on the part of Belmont, but was due to the fact that her payment was days past due This situation has been explained to Ms [redacted] in conversations that she has had with our employees on 01/07/2015, 01/23/2015, 02/12/2015, and 02/16/ We believe part of her confusion originates from not differentiating between the payment arrangements she has made with Belmont, and the account information that Belmont submits to the credit bureaus.In regards to the dis-satisfactory phone conversation that Ms [redacted] had with our representative, we have talked with the employee, and the surrounding employees that were party to the conversation At no time was the employee observed being rude, or disrespectful in any way After multiple attempts by the employee to explain the facts of the situation, Ms [redacted] became irate She then proceeded to shout at the employee At one point in the conversation, Ms [redacted] engaged in an argument with another person in her household It was then that the employee, not being part of that altercation, exited the phone call.Belmont Finance, LLC, demands that their employees show respect to all of our customers, including those who are in service to our country While we appreciate and applaud the services of Ms [redacted] , it does not inherently dismiss the obligations she has with regards to her loan with us.In conclusion, we believe that Ms [redacted] 's complaint stems not from what she views as "rude", or poor customer service, but instead from the frustration of not being able to alter the facts of her situation to her satisfaction

Ms. [redacted] signed a contract with our company on 10/05/2013 to finance a Pro-Aqua cleaning system. On 10/10/2013 we verified the terms of this contract with Ms. [redacted]. This would have occurred outside the three days that Ms. [redacted] had to cancel. At no time during the life of her loan with us...

Her account was purchased as an ACH, and Ms. [redacted] signed the proper paperwork to authorize us to draft from her account.  We have been in contact with Ms. [redacted] on numerous occasions by e-mail, phone, and letter. We will continue to collect on this loan until Ms. [redacted]'s debt is satisfied.

This customer purchased their product on 11/20/2016. On that day, our representative verified with the customer the terms of the loan, customer address, customer phone number, and that the customer wanted a statement for payments. This customer has been sent two statements so far to the address she...

verified with us, which is the same address that she listed on her complaint. We would be willing to waive the late fee for this customer if she brings her account current.

We are the finance company for this customer's Kirby Cleaning System. The company, Simply Distributing, is a totally separate entity from our business. On 06/28/2016 this customer applied for a loan with our company to purchase the Kirby. He was approved for the loan, and the terms of the loan were...

verified with him. We also received the proper paperwork to authorize Belmont to withdraw automatic payments from his bank account. This customer first contacted us regarding cancellation on 07/12/2016. Contractually he had until midnight of 07/01/2016 to cancel his contract. Since that time, we have spoken with this customer on sixteen separate occasions and reiterated that we are not the company that sold him the product and it is not up to us to cancel his contract. We have provided contact information for both Simply Distributing and the Kirby Corporation multiple times. Until this customer can provide proof of cancellation, or the company that sold him the product confirms that this customer cancelled properly, he will continue to be liable for this debt, and our company will continue to contact him regarding repayment.

This customer had until 07/12/2016 to cancel this loan by signing and sending the cancellation notice located on the bottom of her contract. She did not do this. We confirmed the contract with her at the start of the loan and it was not until 04/28/2017 that the customer stated to us that she no...

longer wanted the product. We are a finance company only and completely separate from Hyla Perfection. We are unable to cancel her loan with us and will continue to service this loan as written.

I am rejecting the proposal due to the fact that Belmont hasn't acknowledged that something is wrong with Kirby, yes the contract was until July 1st, but it was already told to the sales representative that the contract was null since the product was unwanted. The property was left behind and then the payments were subtracted after it was told to Kirby that the product would not be kept. Plus it was misled to believe that the representative would come back to acquire the property. We can't get in touch with Kirby and cancel because they won't answer back.

The contract that was signed with the Pro Aqua dealer was in fact returned, and on numerous occasions I asked for my account to be cancelled and for payments to stop. Furthermore, I paid well over 1,000 dollars for a "vacuum" that was no longer in my possession. If legal action must be taken, then so be it. I will not have a false debt that was collected on any longer. This is beyond illegal.
