Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I was never offered a copy of the contract When I was signing the contract, [redacted] received a call on her personal cell phone; which she answered She stated that everything was done and she didn't need any further information from me.When I saw her the 2nd time; I voiced my concern over the fact that I had no documentation to prove I was a memberIt was at that time that she advised me that all I needed was my access card She did not offer to provide a copy of the contract, or any other proof of membershipI feel that she is able to give a refund, but she just refuses to do so I am not asking for a refund for all the months that I did not utilize the gym; only for the month of February, because I notified her in plenty of time; and again, she stated the membership amount would not be deducted in the month of February when I told her I wanted to terminate the membership, Regards, [redacted]

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN OUR POLICY IS VERY CLEAR TO GIVE DAY NOTICE BEFORE YOUR NEXT DUE DATEMS *** REFUSED TO TAKE A COPY STATING IT WAS TIME FOR HER TO MAKE A CHANGE IN HER LIFE FOR HEALTH REASONIT WAS HER CHOICE NOT TO USE THE GYM MS *** WAS NEVER DENIED ACCESSIT IS HER
CHOICE TO USE THE GYM BUT SHE CHOSE NOT TOWE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDSPLEASE CALL ME FOR MORE INFO OR A COPY OF OUR POLICY
