Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First off, I was not "Off-Roading" the vehicle, I was on a freeway in between Kennewick, Wa, and Portland, OrSo don't believe your salesman, he is lyingAlverez autos response said that Alpha warranty paid the $4,and then goes on to say that Alvarez autos paid that amountAlvarez's statement is contradictingI have attached a invoice from Jeep of Portland showing that Alpha warranty paid the $4,Alvarez autos did not pay that amountThis is besides the point, this complaint is due to the fact that Alvarez autos sold me a vehicle with a bad engineI shouldn't have to worry about a engine blowing up within weeks after purchaseI had to pay $(as seen on the invoice)This is the reason for the complaintWouldn't you agree that Alvarez autos is doing bad business selling a vehicle with a bad motor? This customer was never promised a key and We had to almost reposses the vehicle because she wouldn't answer are calls for almost month to get the necessary paperwork we needed to finish funding the deal and she eventually just used her own bank in california but it literally took
over a month for us too get our money for the truck she bought

The lady didnt tell you was that she was extremely rude and in the contract that she signed it states in the that she is responsible if there is more due on the loan then what she told usif there is less money due then we mail them a check back from the differenceit's pretty simpleshe was trying very hard for us to payoff the balance of her trade that was her balance owing not ourswe have no way of getting an exact payoff amount over the weekend or late at nightWe can keep it very close due to whats stated on the credit report but it's never 100% accurate and we tell them that upfrontSome people just don't understand and theres not much else that we can dueif a customer tells us they owe $10,and the credit file shows $10,and the next monday when we call the bank and pay off the loan if they owe $10,then the customer that traded it in that owes that balance has too pay for itpretty simple

the vehicle was discounted tremendously and was written all over the contract that the vehicle at that price was sold as is and would not be able to returnThe price on the car was reduced to the point where the customer knew they were getting the vehicle as is and agreed before they signed the

Well I don't know who you talked to there but I personally called them at least times and I talked to our direct account representative and have them pay the billif I had not called them they never would of done the work and or paid for itso yes a thank you would be nice but I guess you will never believe that we helped you outI guess no matter what I say you won't believe it until you actually called and talked to our account represeantive and they tell you I did and then what? are you going to call me personally and apologize? maybe write a positive review on here?

I have proof that this customer is lying about us not paying any of thisI have attached a document that shows that the warranty company paid for $4,dollars of the engine repairThe warranty company didn't want to pay for anything because they said it was a pre existing condition and ***

Alverez autos response said that Alpha warranty paid the $4,689.86 and then goes on to say that Alvarez autos paid that amount. Alvarez's statement is contradicting. I have attached a invoice from Jeep of Portland showing that Alpha warranty paid the $4,689.86. Alvarez autos did not pay that amount. This is besides the point, this complaint is due to the fact that Alvarez autos sold me a vehicle with a bad engine. I shouldn't have to worry about a engine blowing up within weeks after purchase. I had to pay $1521.32 (as seen on the invoice). This is the reason for the complaint. Wouldn't you agree that Alvarez autos is doing bad business selling a vehicle with a bad motor? All I'm asking is for the amount of $1521.32 to be paid to resolve this issue.

I am rejecting this response because: I appreciate how creative you guys can be with your stories but that’s not saying much for a used car dealer. I will never accept your rebuttals and will keep rejecting your requests. I do this to forewarn other people looking for a vehicle to purchase, hopefully they will buy from a reputable dealer. I was sold a poor quality vehicle and that’s that. Have a great day

We sold [redacted] the vehicle and she brought the vehicle back and then we gave her a return of her deposit. She then returned again to our store and told us she had to have that particular vehicle and decided after all that she wanted it. the vehicle was sold to her in  "as is" condition and...

When we buy our vehicles they are pre-inspected at the auction. The auction guarantees the vehicle is in good working and all powertrain components are working properly.
