Alvarez Construction. Apparently Mrs. [redacted] just recently acquire a new cell phone number, which had recently belonged to a church member who owns a body shop and has no association with Alvarez Construction. One June 7th, 2015@ 9:00am a group message was send from a church pastor regarding upcoming meetings. Mrs. [redacted] then responded to everyone in the group text message stating "OMG you are going to explain to me why you insist on torturing me. I HATE YOU I HATE YOUR CHURCH LEAVE ME THE [redacted] ALONE WE HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR THREE WEEKS. In which a church member who was included in the group message responded to Mrs. [redacted] "We are sorry to bother you but I think we have the wrong phone number but you don't have to express your self like that". Apparently Mrs. [redacted] was upset at the fact that her cell phone number once belonged to a church member and that she kept getting random messages from unknown people. On June 7th at 1:08 pm Mrs. [redacted] send me a private message to my personal phone (not paid by *Alvarez Construction) requesting me to stop sending her messages. I advise Mrs. [redacted] that the group text message she had previously received was from a church pastor and that I had responded to the text message which was never intended to go her. I then advise Mrs. [redacted] to please contact the church pastor who had send the original message and to please asked them to remove her from the group message since I had no control over that But that I was going to try my best advice the church members that the phone numbers no longer belonged to the church member. Since then, I have sent a message to all church members including the church pastor to please do not message Mrs. [redacted]. As I mention previously, everyone that was included in the group text message in which Mrs. [redacted] refer in the complaint have no association with AlvarezConstruction. As you can see in my CCB license, that only person associated with AlvarezConstruction is [redacted], which she has had no contact and was not even included in the group text message, The text messages or "spam" as Mrs. [redacted] states in her complaint were not related in any way to Alvarez Construction. I have since apologized to Mrs. [redacted], although I feel like this complaint should have been forward to the church rather than Alvarez Construction. According to Mrs. [redacted] complaint she had talked to the company on 05/31/15 and 5/24/15. After Reviewing the text messages and calls I do not have any calls or text messages from Mrs. [redacted] regarding this matter and my only contact, which was not intentionally intended to go to her, was on 06/07/15.
