I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Dear [redacted],Thank you for moderating and resolving this issue. I did not keep the receipt: I only have the card with information about the product and contact information for Alvarez Farms, so I cannot supply any documentation. However, from their response, it appears they remember me and that I called about this. I really appreciate their timely and generous response. They offered two pepper strings next season or a refund. If we can work out a way to do it, I'll happily settle for a single replacement string next season.Please let me know how to proceed.Thank you again,[redacted]
