The complaint we got from *** ** *** on address *** *** *** *** *** *** *** was because he had called my son on his personal phone to let him know about the roof still leaking To set up a date to go to this address and fix the leaking problemMy son was out of town on
vacation and didnt tell me about that *** ** *** had been calling him for us to go and fix the leakUntil I went to check my email and saw he had written up a complaint on the company .We resolved the complaint by going to his address an fixed his leakI showed him pictures of were the problem was at and why it was leaking *** ** *** was glad that we had fixed his leak and that he was going to call Revdex.com to get the complaint erased It was just a miscommunication he was calling a personal phone number when he was given the bussiness card with the company phone number The leak repair on the roof was fixed on 1-21-16.thank you,
