My roof has been in dire need to be redone. My main goal was to have the work done right by professionals who knew what they were doing and weren't going to cut corners.

Heard about Alvarez reputation-after speaking to Omar I was very confident that these were the folks I wanted to take care of this project. All details were discussed, the estimate was fair & reasonable for all that was required to do job right. They utilize high quality materials and have excellent work ethics.

Communication from the start to finish was excellent. The crew arrived started removing shingles at 8:30 a.m., completed loaded up and left at 3:30pm. (and there were some areas that had to be repaired due to water damage which took time to address).These guys worked quickly, proficiently and did amazing cleanup afterwards.

Extremely pleased and would strongly recommend if you want quality job without anxiety of wondering if you will get $ worth.

I received estimates from a ton of roofing company's in the area. Alvarez gave the best estimate. Omar was great with dealing with me and answered all my questions. They did an excellent job. The yard was cleaned up continually during the job. No mess left behind, no damage done to my yard or driveway. Recommending them to everyone I know that needs a new roof.
