Alvear Design & Construction

I recently applied for a "Lead Hazard Reduction grant through the [redacted] Redevelopment Authority, funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); the purpose of which is to reduce or eliminate toxic lead hazards in residential dwellings throughout [redacted] County. After being approved I chose Alvear Design and Construction as the contractor. Right from the first handshake I have felt respected and valued as a customer. Their craftsmanship is precise, their work ethic is superior and their willingness to discuss each step of construction/remodeling and answer my questions is commendable. I have further work on my "to do" list and will surely call Gino A[redacted] for anything I need. [redacted] will be back to build a deck next spring and deserves a thank you.
