Took my car to Claims Express to handle my insurance claimOnly for them to strip my car of parts: all rims plus a spare rim that was hidden in my trunk, trunk hard cover carpet, trunk soft carpet, trunk spare changing tool kit, all four tires, TPSM sensors, front headlights with computers, and fog lights, the shifter ***, & engine hood cover plasticsSide note: there was no indication of forced entryThe car parts that are missing are worth about $7kAnd there was a special key nut on all tires for theft protectionSo it made me wonder even more how my belongings were stolen with no forced entry, no shattered windows, no dents or scratches on my carMy windows were not open, I left it in there possession locked and with all windows closedThey told me it was not there responsibility and refused to cover the costsAnd stated it was out of there controlI was not informed of this for months and no police report was filedDon't recommend Russian Chop Shops
