I received your letter of complaint dated 11/23/and I apologize for any inconvenience this problem may have caused you At Alves Auto Sales we strive to make sure that our cars are of the highest quality and that each and every customer is satisfied with their purchase I was surprised to hear that the car had broken down the next dayWe've had the car inside our garage for a thorough inspection and service and kept on our lot for many days and did not find any issues with the car To be clear the Connecticut Used Car Warranty states that for vehicles sold for $3000,including sales taxes and are years old or less, the dealer must repair the vehicle at no cost for up to daysAlthough in your case the vehicle did not meet these criteria and was sold in "as is" condition, I promised the customer to take of the problem at no cost and I did so as promised I am happy to report that we were able to come up with a medium resolution for the both of usAccording with the CT [redacted] Case No [redacted] I have agreed with the terms of the Stipulation and Settlement Agreement so we can consider this mater finalized We appreciate your business and hope that you will continue to be a loyal customer of Alves Auto Sales Regards, Alain A [redacted] - Owner

I was surprised to hear that the car had broken down the
next day. We've had the car inside our garage for a thorough inspection and

To be clear the Connecticut Used Car Warranty states that
for vehicles sold for $3000,00 including sales taxes and are 6 years old or
less, the dealer must repair the vehicle at no cost for up to 30 days. Although
in your case the vehicle did not meet these criteria and was sold in "as
is" condition, I promised the customer to take of the problem at no cost and
I did so as promised.
I am happy to report that we were able to come up with a medium
resolution for the both of us. According with the CT [redacted] Case No [redacted] I
have agreed with the terms of the Stipulation and Settlement Agreement so we
can consider this mater finalized.
