We placed a claim with our home warranty company and they referred us to AlvicoAfter no response from them after days I called and was told that they would not be able to schedule an appointment for another week Completely unacceptable! They should have called me immediately to explain that they would not be able to assist me in an appropriate amount of time We have now been with out air conditioning, during the hottest time of the year, for almost a week now! Since I now need to request another service provider I am not sure when I will be able to get this fixed I will never use them again and I will never recommend them because of their poor response time and lack of customer service

After no response from them after 4 days I called and was told that they would not be able to schedule an appointment for another week. Completely unacceptable! They should have called me immediately to explain that they would not be able to assist me in an appropriate amount of time.
