Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because I specifically requested in my resolution that the owner of the company call and speak to me directlyI will not accept a text, voice message or "missed call" as an attempt.? As a owner of my business, I only feel that this matter should be addressed by the owner and not his receptionist.? I, ***, took the call on 2/13/18, she wanted to know about the status of the title. I told her that the title had just came in on the 12th from where we bought the vehicle and that we overnighted the title to the auction and that they should received the title that day and I asked if she
had talked to the auction that day. The office manager was standing right behind me thru the whole conversation. I don't feel that I was ever rude, she kept asking for information that we don't give out (per company policy). We don't give out where we bought the vehicle from, I tried explaining that we send titles as soon as we get them and that we did not hold this title. I am sorry that she feels that we did wrong but unfortunately we didn't receive the title in our day time span either. We sold this as a wholesale not as a retail and is the auction's policy that we have the title there in days
