In reference to this complaint.When this lady called I wasn't even given a chance to respond. She immediately told me we needed to refund the money for our call, because our service tech had not done anything about a leak that was supposedly on the unit. I told her I could not do anything until I...

talked to [redacted] and my tech. Yes it did  take me a few days to gather all the information. And yes she called me back before I got back to her. Tried to explain to her that  my   tech said there was not a leak there at the  time of the servicecall. She did not want to hear that. She said she had another tech look at it and said we should have seen that when we were there. Ok the tech was her brother who used to be a HVAC person. Of course that doesn't really matter, I just know if my tech had seen a leak anywhere on that unit he would have noted and fixed it.  I did at NO time raise my voice and be rude to her. She never let me get in a word about much of anything. Yes I did hang up on her because I will not listen to someone who is perpetually yelling at me.  No I will not deal with that lady again. We have done work several times for her Father and never had a problem. He was always there talking to my tech, and they communicated very well. We have not been in business this long by being rude. No one has EVER said anything but wonderful things about our company. And we will continue to do what we do best. THAT is how we have stayed in business so long.

I am rejecting this response because:Her response is a lie.  I am a business owner and I would not make up what I have filed in my complaint, I even made sure to make notes of her responses and actions.  I could care less about the refund at this point, I just want people to know how rude the owner's wife, [redacted], was and how they treated me, the customer, representing my father.  The fact that she references who came to look at the AC unit has nothing to do with anything, I contacted someone in that town that I trusted.  Also, she is the one that rudely asked me "What do you want me to do about it?" Then rudely asking "Do you have proof that it was leaking when the tech came out?"  She was rude from the start, if my Father would have contacted them, he would not have been near as friendly as I was.  She even blocked me from their Facebook page when I made a post of how she acted to me.  I was just asking for a refund because the Freon they had just put in there was leaked out, as well as the remaining Freon, so we we had to pay for even more Freon then they originally put in. The time frame of her returning my call was not an issue, I was just following up with her because I had not heard from her.  I did not yell at her, she started yelling at me and didn't want to listen to me asking her if they had proof that it wasn't leaking when the tech came out, so she hung up on me. You can not treat customers that way.This house was for sale, as my father was injured and had to move, so we had to have the AC Unit running.  When we had a potential buyer on the line, as we discovered the air not working correctly, the buyer's realtor contacted [redacted]'s herself and the tech told the realtor that there was a leak and he had told the owner, but he didn't want to do anything about it.  Then when I call a couple of days later, the tech is saying that there wasn't a leak.  I had spoke to my father before this too, and he says the tech never said there was a leak or he would have fixed it.  So which is it! Seems to me this company has some issues!As I stated I would just like people to know how I was treated when I was trying to get some customer service from [redacted]s Heating & Cooling.
