Terrible side effects
Must be a generic of Euthrox or something. They are both just as bad. The terrible itching on the fronts of your bottom of your legs is terrible. It's also on your face in the Tzone area, and had additional place on my arm. Then my Blood Pressure went crazy and was running high. Did not stay on this drug. Switched manfacturers.

I started on Estradiol cream 2 months ago. The supply lasted only 1/2 the time it was supposed to, even though I explicitly followed directions. I called the contact # on the box, and since then I have gotten into a circle of excuses and several people who seem to portray that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. On one hand, I got a call stating they were taking care of my complaint, then I got another call from someone who completely ignored our last two conversations and reverted back to information that we determined was inaccurate. Now I'm on hold interminably, I'm sure because it's almost time for them to go home for the day, so it's easier to put someone on hold for 1/2 hour and then state they're closed for the day. And this is a multi-billion dollar company?

However, I am still waiting on updates and/or contact from Alvogen/[redacted] regarding the insurance coverage assistance program. I have not heard anything regarding this. My compliant was two fold. The first part was dealt with by [redacted] now I am waiting for Alvogen to handle the remaining issue. (i.e. the program will work with your pharmacy, doctor, and health plan to get approval fro this prescription)The issues have not been completely resolved but we are definitely working towards resolution.

intended to return my call later that day. On May 8, consumer returned the call. On May 11, consumer is in receipt of a free 7-day supply.and issue has been resolved. The following actions have been taken: - The website has been corrected removing language pertaining to 7 day supply - Almatica has reached out to consumer and has offered the benefit as it was originally advertised on the website.

I have to take Carbipopa 25 mg. for my Parkinson and it has to be Alvogen as the manufacture. Since the other manufactures make me sick.It cost me $224.00 for a 20 day supply, I have tried to find any discounts even calling Alvogen to see if they had discounts only to be told NO. Why cant Alvogen give discounts on this medicine? Since I have to take it 3x a day.. I cant afford this and I make to much to get help thru my lovely state of Colorado... This is just terrible that medicines that people like me HAVE TO TAKE DAILY are so pricey.

Good rx has it for $20 or less

Review: The complaint is regarding website advertisement of [redacted] ([redacted] controlled release tablet. Almatica Pharma, Inc. a subsidiary of Alvogen and its current portfolio of products includes [redacted]. (http://www.alvogen.com) (http://www.almatica.com) ([redacted])After receiving a saving card advertisment from my doctor I went to [redacted]'s website to enroll in the program. I enrolled on April 29, 2015. On the website under the tab labeled "PATIENTS SAVINGS" the website proceeds to describe "[redacted] Patient Savings and Support Program". Under benefits of enrolling in the program the website specifically states..." Receive insurance coverage assistance in the event that your health plan does not cover your prescription for [redacted] (see below for more information)"...Under Insurance coverage assistancewhat to expect if your health insurance plan doesnt cover your prescription for [redacted], it states, "If your prescription for [redacted] is not covered, the program will work with your pharmacy, doctor, and health plan to get approval for this prescription. In the meantime, the program will cover the cost of a 7-day supply of [redacted]". So I called the customer cr provided on the website to ask for (1) assistance with receiving approval from my insurance and (2) a 7-day supply while the approval is pending. My insurance did not cover the medicine so I called customer service to take advantage of the assistance offered through the Patient Savings and Support Program I enrolled in through their website. (i.e ask for 7 day supply and help with getting approval from insurance)During my conversation with the customer care dept and/supervisor, I was told that they don't offer that program anymore. They stopped that a while ago and they have to right to stop the program at anytime. They are not sure why the website still advertises the program but it must be a mistake because they don't offer that program. The website is very deceptive to the public in advertising a list of benefits to entice enrollment and use of their product however, they will not actually provide you the assistance/benefits as stated/advertised.Desired Settlement: I obviously would like [redacted] to provide me with the services they advertised for enrolling in the program. (i.e. 7 day supply of medication while working with insurance) However, more importantly they need removed the disingenuous portion of their website. Any be handed down the appropriate penalty for false advertisement and deceptive trade practices. It is not right and/or legal for a business to advertise something in such specific detail, then when a consumer comes in to take you up on that offer, you tell them that it is not longer available and hasn't been for a while now. Then why is it still on their website if the program was terminated a while ago? That's the deceptive part, not only are they advertising falsely but they still have it up for the public to see even though the program hasn't been in existence for some time now. This isn't some slip up/honest mistake on behalf of [redacted], this is intentional.
