I hate that I even have to give 1 star...wish I could give 0 stars. I bought costume lights from Aaron last year (2019). Didn't have enough lights to cover my big tree, and he haphazardly put the light on our other trees (we had to redo them ourselves). The house looked great. However, it took until almost the end of January for him to come take our lights down and they just threw them in a pile on the ground since I was keeping them. This year I have been communicating with him since Oct. 18 to schedule to put up our lights. It is now Nov. 21 and my lights still have not been put up; he claims it is due to the weather. So frustrated. I spend $2,000 on lights last year. I expect better costumer service than that.

wanted 1 hour spent on front yard and 1 hour on back yard went over. Tried to charge me.

I paid Aaron Worthen to mow every other week in November per his crews recommendation, they did not show up$ I paid Aaron W [redacted] to do sprinkler blowouts on houses at $eachHis crew came to the first house, blew out the sprinklers and collected the check They said they did not know about the 2nd house, we gave them the address and they told us they would head right over there The weather turned, the sprinkler system froze and sent water spraying into the air at the 2nd house because it had not been winterized When I contacted Aaron, he said he would not pay repairs that he would reimburse my money for both the house ($15.00), and the mowing that did not happen ($40.00) He does not answer his calls and has not reimbursed my money
