the time frame that dealers are allotted which is 45 days, it was even expedited due to the customers request. The customers purchased the vehicle on 9/16/2016 and they received their title on 10/03/2016. These customers proceeded to insult my employees over the phone when they explained the reasoning for the delay of the title and insisted that we had committed a crime by not releasing the title on the day of the sale. We are a small family run business that do not appreciate insults from customers (who obviously do not know the law) that we go out of our way for to make happy. I would like this complaint nullified because it is not a valid complaint and the customers have received their title.
