We found a very nice Cadillac Escalade for sale and the seller came with us to do a test driveThe price was right, so we decided to buy it
We needed to transfer money from our Paypal account to our bank account, so we gave them a deposit of $ in cash, I got a receipt for itThe vendor agreed to wait until Tuesday of Wednesday for the rest of the money
So we sold our car during the week end, and we ordered some seat covers for the new car, and a cargo liner for the back of the car and the 3rd row seat that was missing in that car
Tuesday morning as I was going to the bank to get the cash out to finalize the sale, they call me to tell me that they finally had a better cash offer????? we didn't even discuss the price, we bought it for the price they were asking, and told us to come to get our depositI paid the deposit in cash, they gave us a check
Now I have no car, and I have parts for a car I will not get, and I have a road trip planned next week-end with my family
This is the worst customer service I have experienced in my life.They do not even respect their word
Stay away from them!!
