Review: Mr. [redacted] came to my home to find out why I had no hot water. He purchased a part, installed it, and charged me $123 on October 23, which I paid for by check. I thought I smelled gas a day or two later, he came out again and reassured me there was no problem. Still smelled gas, he came out a third time and told me I needed to replace the water heater. Then I called a second plumbing company who came out and fixed it ($380 worth) and it has been fine ever since.
I contacted Mr. [redacted] both by phone and by letter, to no avail. He created a problem that was not there and I believe I deserve the $123 back.Desired Settlement: I want Mr. [redacted] to give me back the $123.00.
