Hello [redacted] Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your review. I do wish you had simply contacted me directly prior to leaving your review. Because we go to great lengths to provide the highest level of customer service and as the business owner I take your comments very seriously....

 I am truly sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience with us.  I have called you on two occasions to discuss this and have emailed you as well at both email addresses.  I have yet to get a response. I realize your life may just be busy and you haven't had a chance to get back with me.  After discussing this in further detail with all of my technicians who were on your project;  we did fail to identify the problem with your circuits in your home. While we do attempt to get every project resolved, this was not the case with your wiring.  I do however believe we may have fixed the problem as the circuit the other electrician found, was the one we replaced. It is unfortunate however that our technician did not use the proper procedures to determine if the fix worked.   We have implemented a follow-up procedure in hopes that this issue will be prevented on any future projects. We certainly did miss the mark with you.In the electrical industry, it often takes several trips back and forth to the breaker panel to determine the bad circuit.  Ensuring that the breakers are off and that no power is running through a circuit, prevents our electricians from any electrical accidents.  As for the broken laundry room door. My Master Electrician ([redacted]) and an apprentice both stated the laundry room door was broken at the time of the visit and was not damaged by our electricians. If you would like to discuss this in further detail please feel free to contact me.The mess that was left behind was however unacceptable, one of the two technicians on site is an apprentice and very new in the trade and fell short on his responsibilities. He has been placed on probation and a written warning was provided as well.  Thank you for bringing this to my attention. While it is not our standard of practice this event serves as a learning tool for all those involved.I believe in our technicians and their abilities, but  for whatever reason they were off their game the day they were at your home. While this is no excuse, I certainly do take each and every customer complaint serious and use it as a learning tool to improve our overall customer service.  Again, I wish things had turned out differently and you were able to experience the customer service level our technicians are trained and provide.  I hope that the full refund of your money plus an additional $100 for the inconvenience this has caused will bring this to resolution and possibly allow you to give us another chance.  I invite you to contact me directly at [redacted] to discuss in further detail or to address anything that I may have left out.   [redacted]-Owner
