Just had our doggy smelling carpet cleaned by Jen ( [redacted]); excellent job. Can't even tell a dog lives in the house. Prompt courteous, professional service, care taken to protect wood surfaces that should not get wet. Thanks for a job well done. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Would highly recommend Always Clean. Very professional, reasonably priced and a quick response to our contacting them, from coming to our home for an estimate and the actual cleaning of our carpet was only four (4) days! Jen is a doll and a hard worker!!

Our property needed some run cleaning after a few years of use. The company was referred by a neighbor. They were able to come over the day after we called for an appointment. Jen was awesome and did a fabulous job. Very honest about what he could accomplish, as some of the rugs had some wear in areas that we know wouldn't get clean 100%. We had a very good experience after having Always Clean shampoo our carpeting and sofa, the work was done within time estimate given & the areas done came out exceptionally well, especially the sofa. We have a chocolate lab & 2 cats so there was an abundance of fur as well as dirt. It was all taken care of to our complete satisfaction.

I have had Tom, owner of [redacted] clean my carpet a few times and have always been pleased with the results. He has always been prompt, respectful, and very knowledgeable about carpet care. My experience with Master Care was extremely positive. Tom was very knowledgable and explained everything in detail. He was also very honest, explaining that with two of the area rugs that I wanted to be cleaned I would be better off putting the money into purchasing new ones. The area rugs that he cleaned were beautifully done, and I was extremely satisfied.

Always professional and thorough. Very pleased with their service. Highly recommend.

They explained what the process was. Gave options for the cleaning. Called if they were running late for the appointment. Had me examine the job before completing. All in all I was very satisfied.
