Always Dino's Pest Control

Review: On Feb 3,2015 I called Always Pest Control and Extermination to get service for me and my mother.The business chargerd us 340 a piece to exterminate our place. Ok the first time they came out they suppose to sprayed for beg bugs and roaches. For one they use the wrong chemicals which bought the bugs back bad . Then we had to set a appt for 10 to 14 days later which that was like Feb 18 didnt come out to complete the job. I called the business and the owner stated that they will be out on feb 22 still did come until feb 23. When the exterminator came the only thing he did was spray the beds,and the base boards and left that was suppose to be my second treatment. I was thinking if you sprayed everything the first the next treatment should go the same way. No it didnt it was a in and out thing didnt get nothing stating I had second treatment done and receipt don't look legit it all messy and my landlord dont believe its real. So as I called the cimpany owner gets very rude and disrespectful telling me its nothing he can do call the Revdex.com and dont call him anymore. So thats why im sending in this complaint because I feel like this a business thats scamming people out theirs money. Also owner stated ill give you 20 dollars for your inconvenience and I didnt never receive that or nothing all I want either all my money back or atleast half do to the service being very poor and im not satisfied in anyway. All im asking is for some help . Bugs are bitting us bad I have asthma and im a diabetic and all of this is messing with me and my 1 year old health,Desired Settlement: I want the company to refund me all my funds back or I would rather have their business closed down or give them a poor rating. They're not professional at all and I feel like they shouldnt even be in business. All I ask is either they refund all my money or half atleast .

Business states that after he received calls from consumer about continuing problem, he offered to come out to retreat. When service person arrived, consumer wanted to

change the date. Later that day, consumer's boyfriend called and left

[redacted] a threatening voicemail, and police were involved. He also asked

her to text him a picture of the bugs, she did not do that. There will

be no refund.
