out, and saw no bed bugs. In order to please the tenant, we still offered him a new room. However, he rejected the offer, and demanded his 50% money back. Always Inn has a "No Refund" policy, (Unless if its Motels problem) so we did not give him money back for the room. After telling him that, he asked for half his money back again, but once again, we do not offer refunds specially after spent more than 30 minutes in room.
