We have a very good In-Homecare Agency and have been in business for years without a single complaintWe disagree with the client's complaint and have a slightly different point of viewI had spoken with the client over the phone and he said that he was happy with his Aide and they got along wellTherefore, when he called to complain about her, we were very surprisedOn that last day the Aide arrived to care for him, he wouldn't let her inHe kept shouting at her to get away from his doorShe stated this frightened her, so she leftMy administrator tried talking to him, but he was adamant that he did not want our services even though he couldn't provide any specific examples regarding the Aide's performanceWe believe that the client just wanted to switch to another company with someone he possibly knew because our Aide overheard him talking to an Aide from another companyThus, we sent a letter to the client and forwarded that same letter to the State of MO indicating we would no longer be servicing the client because he refused our services and we would not be sending anymore workers to his home because he told us not toWe further stated that we felt that the client would be angry and threatening to any worker that we sent, because he strongly suggested that we not send anyoneThank you for allowing me to present my response to the client's complaint [redacted] ***, Director/Always Love and Care, Inc

well. Therefore, when he called to complain about her, we were very surprised. On that last day the Aide arrived to care for him, he wouldn't let her in. He kept shouting at her to get away from his door. She stated this frightened her, so she left.
