In October 2016 I had serious problems with high water pressure in my home.. Mr. [redacted] far exceeded my expectations in courtesy, professionalism, and affordability. I'm particularly appreciative of his assistance in contacting my local water district to coordinate facilitating his repairs to my home. I would definitely recommend him to other potential customers.

We have worked twice with Ed from this company. He does not show up when he says he will. We are out of our house due to a water issue and he promised to replace the water tank today. He never arrived. When we reached him by phone he was very non-committal about when he may be able to work on our replacement tank.
