We cannot guarantee an exact amount of water that a well will produce, we can only try to design the well to yield the most the aquifer will produce, we looked into the area that they live in and chose the depth based on what we found in geological logs and past drilling experience. We haven't
been notified by these people, and if we were made aware we would have made arrangements to correct the problem. We drilled a second well, which worked and pumped very well, but as I stated nobody made us aware of the discolored water or issues to the equipment we installed, we have tried our best to meet the customers needs but not all can be satisfied, we have all permits to show proof of the allegations they are claiming, and if the water did not meet safety requirements then they would not be allowed to get a CO to live in the house. We installed our equipment by the book, and as per manufactures specifications, we have a good reputation, we would not ignore someone especially when WE installed the well least then a year ago. I can show all communication between us and them, we have done our best to make them happy, these people had enough time to make a complaint and give me bad ratings, but cant pick up the phone

We advised *** of the well, gave her the options and she had almost a week to make a decision and Mail the check to us, she has slandered our name and reputation, claiming we basically force her to buy a well, we sent the refund she requested with no questions asked, we cannot make the mail go
any faster then it can, we complied with all of her demands, even the ones that were completely not in our control, she installed a pump illegally when you need a license to perform workWe are a good company with good reputation and she has do nothing but go out of her way to harass us We make everyone happy when we perform installations, there is always one bad apple in the bunch, we do plenty of business in her neighborhood and have never dealt with someone who has been such a liability to our company
