I also felt MrG [redacted] was verbally abusive when we spoke Some of the items I can repurchase but some are irreplaceable This is what concerns me the most I would hope that other future clients don't receive this kind of dis-service from MrG [redacted] company

Review: Always Reliable Moving moved me in April. There were several items I couldn't find after I unpacked. I contacted Robert, part owner of company & told him of some of the items missing. After some sharp comments by Robert, he asked that I check with my husband to see if he had gotten these items in his packs (different move address). I did & this was not the case. I contacted ARM Co again via both phone & email. I can honestly say the owner was very hostile, not customer service friendly at all. I was very disappointed at his refusal to direct on next step to filing claim. My last email to this statement was on 6/29/16. I have not heard any more from the company. Can u please help to get resolution to my situation?Desired Settlement: I would first like to recover my missing items, if this is not possible I need reimbursement from Always Reliable Moving. I chose the basic insurance coverage on my move.

Take fair warning and do not use these people to move you. It was the worse mistake of my life. First they came with a truck to small. They overcharged from their quote. They left things at our house that the new owner had to reach out for us to come and pickup. Important things an expensive plant worse yet they said they were gifting us wardrobe boxes for using them but they left three closets filled with cloths. We have broken items, chipped and nicked tables and a very expensive antique bookcase from Europe damaged. If there had been a rating for them with a negative zero I would have chosen that. . Our move was to a 55 and older community. The owner wanted additional cash before he left, said he had already paid his employees. There are no other reviews. WHY NOT!
