Always Rentals

Review: Always Rentals has misleading advertisements and claims on their website. I purchased their service believing that I would have access to more listings than I could obtain on my own or with an internet search. I also believed that their customer service email ([email protected]) would be able to answer my questions and aid in my search. My first email went completely unanswered. My second was replied to abruptly and no contact details regarding the name of the representative answering, their business address, or phone number was provided. My third email has gone unanswered. I have requested a hold payment on the charge from my bank. I am completely dissatisfied with their level of customer service and their disinterest in seeking resolution directly with the consumer. The office in [redacted] that I tried to call has the phone disconnected and it is impossible to get access to a customer service number or toll free line. The company never once notes their mailing address. I believe they are running a scam and are purposefully running deceitful advertisements to lure in unsuspecting consumers.Desired Settlement: I want Always Rentals to issue me a refund in full.

In response to the complaint that has been filed we have clearly explained to this member how to utilize the service by going online to see new listing which are available daily . In addition we have referred them to the registration form that they filled out which clearly explains how refunds are obtained if they check new listings weekly and do not move after the 6 month term. We in no way represent that we have only exclusive listing and since our registration process is only available online this is also clearly explained in writing. In addition, this member emailed us today with their complaint and was responded to twice within a matter of 10 minutes explaining the process. As result, as we have explained to the member, refer back to the written refund policy and we are more than happy to provide a refund if they follow the instructions that they have agreed to when they registered. We thank you for your inquiry and at this time please close this complaint.
