Always RV

We live in CA and found the RV we wanted on the Internet. We were very hesitant in basically buying site unseen other than the posted pictures. We made many phone calls to Always RV. We drove our trade-in to Mesa, did the paperwork and was done in two hours. We stayed overnight at the dealership with full hookups. Dave, the owner, let us use his car. The entire experience was VERY POSITIVES! I do recommend Always RV to anyone looking for an RV.

I am new to RVing so I have had a lot to learn. I park my motorhome on this lot and the company and owner have been extremely helpful from explaining how I hook up my car to helping me back in. Dave the owner was especially helpful when I had a mechanical problem and he helped me trouble shoot it. I only wish I could have bought from them but they did not have what I wanted available.

Just bought a rv basically sight unseen form these guys. Was nervous as heck after seeing countless pictures of "beautiful" rv's, that once visited in person, could only be described as toxic waste...

Saw the unit on their website and after a few conversations with Patty and Dave decided to give it a go and flew out to pick it up. To my surprise, as nice as the pictures were, the unit was even better! Far Better! They spent a few hours with me showing me how everything works and answering any and all questions I had. I jumped onboard and put a 1000 miles on it in the next two days!

Great People to work with - and I got a great deal!

My wife an I have had numerous RV's and have dealt with many RV dealerships. When we were in the market we had heard from friends that the best place to go for an RV was in Mesa Arizona at " Always RV" and they were correct. They were very helpful in finding the RV we wanted, no pressure but always their to answer questions, about the mechanical systems, electrical systems, financing and warranty concerns that we had. Outstanding organization, Dave the Salesman, Patty , Mona, Dave the Cowboy to their service techs. All very helpful in assisting us in finding the right Rv. They allowed us to stay in their lot to evaluate and try out the RV before we left on our trip to answer any and all questions we had and to ensure everything was working correctly before we left. 5 star rating, the best of the best

We recently Purchased our beloved Safari from Always RV. I waited to write this review to make sure the coach was in good working order. From the initial call to Keaton to the time we picked our baby up and spent time with the RV tech, we had a great feeling and a great time! Nothing about this dealership is lacking, they provided the best customer experience we have ever had. I will be wanting a newer RV some day and I WILL come back to see the great people of Always. They definitely deserve a visit!

We Purchased 2005 Monaco from Always RV. Everyone was great and spent a lot of time going over the Coach. They spend a lot of time making sure you understand the systems and have knowledge of your RV. Very friendly and did a very nice job of getting the Coach cleaned up and serviced to be ready for pickup.

Purchased a 5th Wheel from Always RV. Patti, cowboy and the others were wonderful. No pressure at sales and pre delivery was excellent. Have had no problems with the used unit we purchased. Dealer was very thorough at the pre delivery inspection and made sure everything was correct and working properly

Our neighbor had purchased out of state from always R.V. and expressed how satisfied they were so the wife and I thought we would give them a shot.This was truly a great experience. Everybody was friendly & informative and we appreciated the shuttle from the airport. The service was great and our sales process with [redacted] was awesome. 5-Stars.

This is an honestly, good, family business. I bought a 2008 coach that they took in on a trade. Needless to say if was filled with problems that the previous owner didn't disclose. All I can say is after THOUSANDS of dollars and several weeks they took care of EVERYTHING. Its now the way it was supposed to be and I didn't pay a penny over our agreed contract price. New tires, suspension components, engine work, electrical, they made it all right and never asked me to contribute to the bill. They could have really stuck it to me and have said "your problem now," as so many dealers would have to save the bottom line. All they kept saying is "make it right for the customer." My salesperson was [redacted] and she was fantastic during the whole process. [redacted] in service kept me informed the whole time of what was being done with the coach. And lastly, [redacted] the owner stepped up financially, and didn't leave me stuck. The have earned a customer for life and I will do ALL my future business with them.

In August 2014 we purchased a 2007 Monoco from Always RV. We were treated well at the time of delivery however that's where it stopped! On Nov 3 I was contacted by [redacted] and informed that my Motorhome along with another one from Always RV was stolen. To make a long story short in my opinion [redacted] new what he was selling and in my opinion Mr [redacted] is not a very honest person. Be wary when purchasing from Always RV and make sure your RV is not stolen. It took them 5 months to settle up and make things right with all parties involved.
