Always the Occasion

I purchased two items off this shops website in December and was charged to my card. I received a text that my order was received by the store and then another text that a shipping label was created but my product never shipped. The tracking number provided shows my order still in the shops location. When I checked back on the website to try to contact them, I found the page was down but it did eventually come back up. I have emailed the store three times using their contact us button and have received no response in return. I also tried texting the number that sent me my order confirmation and got no response from that as well. I did find the shops page on *** and can see that it is a woman who runs the online shop with the link to the website that I ordered from on her page. I did ask for my items at first, but after getting no response twice, the third time I asked for a refund and that I would not use her business again.
