The morning I towed the vehicle I asked the officer for the key. He said you had to touch the wires together to start it. There was no key and there's only one person that would’ve had the key and that would've been [redacted]. She demanded my address I gave the officer my card he gave that to...

the consumer. The next morning my gate was taken apart and the car was gone. I called the Chico Police and reported the vehicle stolen. She called the police officer and he told her if she was caught driving the car she would be going to jail. The car was recovered and I haven't heard from her since. She isn't an owner of the car and isn't listed as the owner and never was at any point. She went to the police and they wouldn't release the car to her. If she can get it released she can come pick it up and I would cut her bill down because the car has no value to me.

Review: Always Towing towed a moving truck to my neighbors house in December, 2014. Their tow truck driver backed into my yard repeatedly, about 8 times, leaving deep ruts in the yard. This occurred around 4 to 4:30AM. It was witnessed by a neighbor and confirmed by the people who rented the moving truck. The tow truck driver simply left the scene leaving me to find out through neighbors what happened and track down who was responsible. I was put in touch with a woman named Kim who identified herself as the owner. She was sent pictures of the damage and agreed to have the damage fixed, but refused to fix it until spring. When spring came, she continually promised to send someone out to fix it but never did. She would continually make excuses then began dodging phone calls and refusing to return calls. After going all spring and half the summer with my yard looking like hell, I finally paid someone to have it fixed in July. Since that time I have tried to collect with no results. Kim agreed to send a check for reimbursement but has not done so and again refuses to accept or return my calls. I have pictures available to prove the damage as well as email correspondence which includes her agreeing to repair the damage. I have dealt with a lawn with extensive damage for 8 months and wasted numerous hours corresponding with someone who refuses to cooperate and take responsibility for damage she ADMITS was caused by her company!!Desired Settlement: $458.07 was the bill for the damage to the yard. Am also requesting an additional $500 for the inconvenience of dealing with a damaged yard for so long and the incredible amount of time wasted dealing with this irresponsible company and owner.
