Let me start by saying NO TILE or FLOORING place in the Continental US accepts refunds on tile With the dye lots, and the shipping, its just Not industry standard to return tile that WE DIDN’T EVEN MEASURE IN THE FIRST PLACEHowever, what I thought was a friend and lifelong customer before this Revdex.com report, we agreed to accept return of the tile And reimburse him AFTER we sold it We have not done that yet He was going on a fishing trip , and apparently had to have the $$$ I don’t mean to be a [redacted] but I very disgusted Mr [redacted] felt the need to write a letter to dispute something we were working on He obviously has No idea how bad this affects a business and its rating in the communityIt really irks me that people get away with thisDoing business with Clemmons Carpet for the last years, he should know we take care of things and have an outstanding track recordIll refund this money after I get the letter that this has been cleared, its off my record, and it shows that this complaint is goneIt disappoints me and my family that this has even come up and Ill be sure to be more careful doing business with “ friends “ in the future Thanks, Doug J [redacted]
