My parents purchased a used truck from Alwin Auto Sales in Duluth, GA a couple of weeks ago.
They took advantage of my elderly parents and sold them a truck that had issues they were well aware of. The transmission failed and is no longer drivable. We had to have it towed to the nearest mechanic shop and were given a 2700.00 repair bill. We contacted the dealer and they have not responded to this request.This problem has caused my parents a great amount of stress and emotional turmoil. They don't have the financial resources to get the truck repaired. They are on a limited budget.
