Catering was booked with Alycia's back in October. They demanded a full payment for a delivery order which was paid on Oct. 23, 2019.
A couple of days ago, they advised that they got locked-down due to lease negotiations and not able to give our money back.
There was no indication that the business was going bad when they took the payment not too long ago.

Refund The money was fund raised by people in the company and while we understand that this is an unfortunate event for the business, consumers should not be penalized for this circumstance. We demand a full refund of $557.68.
Alycia's Restaurant and Catering has closed due to a lockout by our lease holder after an unsuccessful lease renegotiation.
We thank you for your patronage and do not know yet if the business will reopen in future.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Business does not disclose any issue prior to taking payment a few weeks ago.
We still demand full refund.
